Bachelor’s theses

We will meet each other in the 1st semester, on the course “Automation and Robotics in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s study programme: Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering). At the end of your studies, you can choose to write a Bachelor’s thesis at our department.

If you decide to take a theme for a Bachelor’s thesis at our department, we recommend discussing it no later than September, before the start of the 5th semester (3rd year). You can contact any of the academic staff, we will be happy to advise you:

Bachelor’s theses

Bachelor’s theses at our department focus on the following areas:

• Industrial robots and effectors.
• Service robotics.
• Pneumatics, electro-pneumatics and electric drives.
• Image acquisition and processing.
• Glass producing machines and technologies (e.g., 3D printing from glass, use of robots in glassmaking, ...).
• Computer modelling.
• Mechatronic systems in medical applications.
