Contributions
If you are submitting a contribution, please state its title in Czech or Slovak, and in English. Also attach a brief abstract of approximately 120 words in the registration form.
The length of individual presentations in the main lecture program will be 20 minutes. The following technical resources will be available: a data projector with a laptop, a visualiser (a display device in the form of a camera projecting through a data projector) and any other audio-visual equipment requested by you.
Extended abstracts of up to four standard pages may contain tables, figures, and references (sample of abstract). The conference proceedings will be printed and given to the conference participants (they will be assigned an ISBN) and will also be published on the conference website. Selected contributions will also be printed in the journal Sklář a keramik, which is on the list of peer-reviewed non-impact periodicals published in the Czech Republic.
Language
The official languages of the conference will be Czech, Slovak, and English.
Promotion of companies
We offer promotional opportunities to companies active in the field in the form of an “advertising package”, which includes a lecture, a poster with a table, presentations during conference breaks, the inclusion of the company’s name and logo in the conference’s promotional materials, the option to distribute promotional materials among conference participants together with official printed materials, and participation at the conference together with refreshments, lunch and participation in a social evening for two persons.

To preregister for participation, to submit a contribution, or to express interest in the possibility of promotion, please use the registration form.
Registration will be accepted on the day of payment of the participation fee, which we would ask you to pay in time through your accounting office to the account of the Czech Glass Society held at Česká spořitelna.

In the note to the recipient, please state the company (institution) with which you are registering and your name. In the event that you are registering as a purely private participant, then state your name only.
The invoice and tax document will be provided to you when you arrive on the day of the conference, or upon request after payment of the fee.
In the event of non-participation of the registered participant, the fee shall not be refunded, but it is possible to send a substitute representative.
Payment
The conference fee includes the costs of organising the conference, conference proceedings, lunch, refreshments, and a social evening (accommodation is not included in the fee):

ČSS is not a payer of VAT.
Accommodation
Accommodation can be arranged, for example, on the Visit^Liberec website, or ask the conference secretariat for information. Refreshments during breaks and lunch for conference participants will be provided at the conference venue in the form of a banquet. The informal evening meeting of conference and seminar participants is included in the fee.
