Introduce

The International Conference on Glass Producing Machines is a traditional conference which is held once every three years in the town of Liberec. The Czech Glass Society and the Department of Glass Producing Machines and Robotics as a part of the Technical University of Liberec cordially invite you to participate in the 13th International Conference on Glass Producing Machines. The conference is held on September 19, 2012 and it is expanded about the seminar of Metals in Glass producing technologies.

The program is outlined to let you get the information in the field, new knowledge and interesting initiatives. As always there will be enough time for non-formal meetings with your business partners, colleagues from the field and also old and current friends. We honestly believe that you will not be disappointed with the quality of the conference and you will walk off with only pleasant memories.

Company presentation

Company presentation is offered by the way of “promotional package”, which contains: Talk, poster with table, slide show during breaks, logo and the company name insertion into official conference leaflets and a possibility of your leaflets distribution among other participants of the conference together with those official ones.

Organisational instructions

Venue:	Building "M", student dormitory Harcov, 17. listopadu, Liberec (the same place as in 2003 and 2006)
Date:	September 19, 2012
Registration:	September 19, 2012 from 08:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Languages:	Czech, Slovak, English.
Catering:	Midday meals will be served in the students´ canteen in Harcov. Refreshments will be available in the anteroom at the bar which will be open during the event.

Contributions

The presentation time for papers is 20 - 25 minutes (which will be determined by the conference chairman). The presentation room is supplied with an LCD projector and a computer with PowerPoint, an overhead projector, and a video cassette player recorder (PAL system). If you require any additional equipment, don't hesitate to contact us.

Language

The official languages of the conference are Czech, Slovak and English.
Simultaneous interpreting for international participants will be arranged (2000,- Kč per person, approximately 80,-Euro).

Information for exhibitors and poster section

Panels 0.95 m wide and 1.7 m high and desks are available. They are located in the anteroom of the lecture hall. Displays can be installed on September 19, 2012 between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.

Language

Conference official languages are Czech, Slovak and English. Simultaneous interpreting for international participants will be arranged (2000,- Kč per person, approximately 80,-Euro).

Accommodation and catering

Information about possible accommodation is provided on conference web-pages, eventually you can ask the conference secretary. Lunch for conference participants is arranged in conference location.

Registration fee

Registration fee includes expenses for the conference organization, proceedings provided on CD, lunch and refreshment (accommodation is not included).

* The fee include simultaneous translation (2000,- Kč per person, approximately 80,-Euro).

* Czech Glass Society (CGS), is not a VAT payer.

Conference Venue

The conference will be held in the Campus of the Technical University of Liberec in the great hall of the building "M" at Harcov (see attached key map).

Access Way

The nearest international airport is in Prague (Praha-Ruzyně, 120 km). The town can be easily reached by the highway from Prague. From the town centre, it is possible to reach the Conference venue by bus No. 15 or 29 in direction to Harcov, bus stop "Přehrada" (approx. 20 min). Parking is possible in front of the building "M".
